As per Board of Education Policy 204.12, "At no time during a meeting of the Board shall comments or questions relating to the employees of the District be permitted; such comments or questions should be referred to the Superintendent at another time."

Rationale:
The administration recommends the bid from Eakes Office Plus of Hastings, NE for District-wide copying/printing services in the amount of $11,987.62 per month. The length of the contract is 60 months and will begin in the spring of 2015. Eakes is the vendor utilized through the bidding process conducted by the National Joint Powers Alliance, which serves all education, government, and non-profit agencies nationally. Money for this service will come from the General Fund.
