The Barbara James Service Award aims to inspire HOSA members to be proactive future health professionals and to recognize students who commit to volunteer community service in the healthcare field. FFA The Cheatham County Central High School and Sycamore High School FFA (Future Farmers of America) chapters earned a Superior Chapter Award at the state FFA Convention in Gatlinburg. Additionally, CCCHS earned the 10% Increase in Membership Award and PLOW Gold Award. PLOW, which stands for Passing Literacy On Ward, is a program that allows older students to connect with younger generations and gives them the opportunity to learn about the importance of agriculture through reading agriculture books to young children. |
