Motion Board Member #1 and second by Board Member #2 to approve the request of Gilman and Kristie Bittner for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Commercial Kennel on Tax Lot 84 in Section 7-17-12, limited to a maximum of 25 dogs, no on-site customers will be permitted, and a 3-year review period. Motion Carried.
