4.1. Discuss, consider and take any necessary action to adopt a resolution increasing the school district's base growth percentage used to determine the school district's property tax request authority by up to 7%.  I will entertain a motion to adopt the resolution, as presented, to increase the schools district's base growth percentage used to determine the school district's properly tax request by 7%.

4.2. Discuss, consider and take any necessary action regarding adoption of the 2024-2024 Budget.
