1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'26); payroll, general fund (71142-71151), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (none); claims, general fund (911-930), coop fund (none), building fund (243-245), child nutrition fund (75-86).

3. Vote to approve warrants (FY'26); payroll, general fund (4481-5154), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (666-787); claims, general fund (5155-5211), coop fund (none), building fund (212-217), child nutrition fund (788-803).

4. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Instructure to provide Canvas as a learning management system for students and teachers at Tecumseh Middle School and Tecumseh High School for the 2026-2027 school year.

5. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement to join the OBU Partnership Program for the 2026-2027 school year.

6. Discussion and possible vote to approve student handbooks for Tecumseh Early Childhood Center, Barnard Elementary, Cross Timbers Elementary, Tecumseh Middle School, and Tecumseh High School for the 2026-2027 school year.

7. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting personnel resignations:
     Jennifer McKnight - Varsity Tennis Coach - Tecumseh High School
     Traci Kelly - Administrative Assistant - Tecumseh Early Childhood Center
     Joe Fortson - Custodian - Cross Timbers Elementary (retirement)
B. Consider hiring personnel for the 2026-2027 school year pending background check and fingerprint completion (temporary contract):
     Chase Ferguson - Agriculture Education Teacher - Tecumseh High School
     Baylor McLain - Music Teacher - Cross Timbers Elementary
     Megan Wood - Social Studies Teacher - Tecumseh Middle School
     Christian Anderson - PE/Health Teacher and Coach - Tecumseh Middle School
C. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in Items A and B as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307 (B)(1).

8. Vote to convene in executive session or remain in open session.

9. Acknowledge the Board's return to open session and read the Executive Session Compliance Statement.

10. Vote to accept personnel resignations: Jennifer McKnight, Traci Kelly, Joe Fortson (retirement).

11. Vote to hire personnel for the 2026-2027 school year (temporary contract): Chase Ferguson, Baylor McLain, Megan Wood, Christian Anderson.

12. Vote to adjourn or recess and reconvene.
