4. Discussion and possible action to continue accepting letters of interest from community members of Tecumseh Public Schools to be appointed to Seat #4.

15. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the Sublease Agreement dated December 1, 2016, between the District and Pottawatomie County Facilities Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, as required under the provisions of the agreement.

16. Review, discussion, and possible vote to approve program capacity numbers for each grade level to take effect on July 1, 2026, as per Board Policy 6004 Student Transfers.

17. Discussion and possible vote to declare items as surplus. These items are outdated, broken or no longer used by the district.  Items declared as surplus are to be sold or discarded as specified in Board Policy 3038.

18. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to join Oklahoma School Insurance Group for the 2026-2027 school year to provide property, liability, and vehicle insurance for Tecumseh Public Schools.

19. Discussion and possible vote to approve a worker's compensation insurance provider for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2026-2027 school year.

20. Discussion and possible vote to approve a contract with Clearwater Enterprises to provide natural gas to Tecumseh Middle School and Tecumseh High School campuses for the 2026-2027 school year.

21. Discussion and possible vote to approve a contract with SylogistED to provide student information software for the 2026-2027 school year.

22. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Focused Photography to provide school photography services for the 2026-2027 school year.

23. Discussion and possible vote to approve a contract with ADPC to provide accounting software and services for the 2026-2027 school year.

24. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Quality Choice Drug Testing Company for drug testing of students enrolled in 7th grade through 12th grade extracurricular activities and for district bus drivers for the 2026-2027 school year.

25. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution allowing for the use of Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds to be used to pay for utilities from The City of Tecumseh from July 2026 through June 2027.

26. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution allowing for the use of Pottawatomie County Sales Tax funds to pay Empire Finance for the lease-purchase agreement for buses during the 2026-2027 school year.

27. Discussion and possible vote to approve membership in the Oklahoma State School Boards Association for the 2026-2027 school year.

28. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with the Oklahoma State School Boards Association for membership in the OSSBA Employment Services program for the 2026-2027 school year.

29. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with the Oklahoma State School Boards Association to provide Assemble meeting services for board meetings for the 2026-2027 school year.

30. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Oklahoma State School Boards Association to provide policy services to Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2026-2027 school year.

31. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement to purchase the Board Bundle from the Oklahoma State School Boards Association for use as training resources for board members for the 2026-2027 school year.

32. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with the Cooperative Council of Oklahoma School Administrators to provide district level advisory services to the district for the 2026-2027 school year.

33. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with the Center for Education Law for the 2026-2027 school year for district legal services.

34. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with the Center for Communication and Engagement for communication services for the 2026-2027 school year.

35. Discussion and possible vote to approve a license agreement with the Employee Evaluation Systems (OKTLE) to provide a web application for teacher evaluations using the Tulsa TLE Observation and Evaluation System for the 2026-2027 school year.

36. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Eufaula Lake Family Developmental Center to provide licensed counselors to students in Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2026-2027 school year.

37. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Oklahoma Speech Therapy, PLLC, to provide speech language pathology services to the students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2026-2027 school year.

38. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Evaluation Works, LLC, to provide school psychologist services for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2026-2027 school year.

39. Discussion and possible vote to approve an agreement with Patricia Ford to provide school psychologist services for students of Tecumseh Public Schools during the 2026-2027 school year.

C.  The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through B as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307 (B)(1).
