1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Discussion and possible vote to approve minutes of the previous regular board meeting of October 13, 2025. 

3. Discussion and possible vote to approve encumbrances (FY'26); payroll, general fund (70847-70900), coop fund (none), child nutrition fund (none); claims, general fund (449-489), coop fund (25), building fund (124-138), child nutrition fund (46-47).

4. Discussion and possible vote to approve warrants (FY'26); payroll, general fund (1135-1460), coop fund (104-147), child nutrition fund (154-212); claims, general fund (1128-1134, 1461-1533), coop fund (148-159), building fund (83-108), child nutrition fund (153, 213-224).

5. Discussion and possible vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Discussion and possible vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

7. Discussion and possible vote to approve activity fundraisers.

8. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2012).

9. Possible discussion by the board to enter into an executive session to discuss school matters where disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes 307(B)(7).

10. Board vote to convene in executive session or remain in open session.

11. Acknowledge the Board's return to open session and read the Executive Session Compliance Statement.

12. Discussion by board members about the School Safety Community Meeting held on Monday, November 3, 2025.

13. Discussion and possible vote to approve the schedule of Tecumseh Public School's Regular Board of Education meetings for the calendar year 2026.

14. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Oklahoma Department of Human Services to provide a School Based Family Specialist for Tecumseh Public Schools beginning July 1, 2026, for the 2026-2027 school year.  

15. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Patricia Ford to provide education psychologist and psychometrist services for students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2025-2026 school year.

16. Presentation, discussion, and review of the Tecumseh Public School's Budget Guide for 2025-2026.

17. Consider and possible vote to approve the district's 2025-2026 budget as presented in the Tecumseh Public School's Budget Guide.

18. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting personnel resignations:
      Wanda Williams - Custodian - Tecumseh Middle School
      Susan Ahhaitty - Title VI Paraprofessional - District
      Tatiana Combee - Paraprofessional - Tecumseh Middle School
B. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in Item A as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes 307(B)(1).

19. Board vote to convene in executive session or to remain in open session.

20. Acknowledge the Board's return to open session and read the Executive Session Compliance Announcement.

21. Consider and possible vote to accept personnel resignation requests: Wanda Williams, Susan Ahhaitty, Tatiana Combee.
