1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Discussion and possible vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of September 8, 2025.

3. Discussion and possible vote to approve warrants (FY'25); claims, general fund (5360-5363).

4. Discussion and possible vote to approve encumbrances (FY'26); payroll, general fund (70556-70846), coop fund (80038-80041), child nutrition fund (90079-90081); claims, general fund (359-448), coop fund (23-24), building fund (96-123), child nutrition fund (40-45).

5. Discussion and possible vote to approve warrants (FY'26); payroll, general fund (690-1021, 1027-1028), coop fund (52-91), child nutrition fund (91-141); claims, general fund (670-689, 1022-1026, 1029-1127), coop fund (92-103), building fund (61-82), child nutrition fund (90, 142-152).

6. Discussion and possible vote to approve activity fund reports.

7. Discussion and possible vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

8. Discussion and possible vote to approve activity fundraisers.

9. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2012).

10. Consider and possible vote to approve a resolution of the Board of Education of Tecumseh Public Schools to the Pottawatomie County Election Board for the 2026 school district election including election for board member from Office Number One (1), five year term and Office Number Four (4), three years remaining on unexpired term.

11. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to use Pottawatomie County Sales tax funds to pay for district utility charges from the City of Tecumseh from November 2025 through June 2026.

12. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to use Pottawatomie County Sales tax funds to pay for the annual Transportant district license for the 2025-2026 school year.

13. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to use Pottawatomie County Sales tax funds to pay for the annual Centegix district license for the 2025-2026 school year.

14. Discussion and possible vote to approve a resolution to use Pottawatomie County Sales tax funds to purchase a new shot clock system for the Tecumseh Gymnasium through BSN Sports.

15. Consider and possible vote to approve a contract with Cariina to provide implementation fees and annual services for Tecumseh Public Schools that will assist with developing and managing work flow strategies for onboarding new employees, student enrollment processes, and help desk tickets for transportation and technology in the district for the 2025-2026 school year.

16. Discussion and possible vote to add a new Board Policy:
     6070 Rights Under FERPA: Family Education Rights and Privacy Act.

17. Review and discussion of the 3rd Grade Strong Readers results for the 2024-2025 school year.  Cross Timbers Administrator, Mrs. Lisa Thompson, will present the information.

18. Discussion regarding personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting personnel resignation requests:  
     Paul Thurston - Physical Education Teacher - Tecumseh Middle School
B. Consider hiring personnel for remainder of the 2025-2026 school year (temporary contract):
     Kelly Berry - Special Education Teacher - Cross Timbers Elementary and Tecumseh Middle School
C. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in Items A through B as per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes Section 307 (B)(1).

19. Board vote to convene in executive session or to remain in open session.

20. Acknowledge the Board's return to open session and read the Executive Session Compliance Statement.

21. Vote to accept personnel resignation request: Paul Thurston.

22. Vote to hire personnel for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year (temporary contract): Kelly Berry.
