1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of February 10, 2025.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'25); payroll, general fund (70958-70964), coop fund (None), child nutrition fund (90084); claims, general fund (707-764), coop fund (24), building fund (131-135), child nutrition fund (51-58).

4. Vote to approve warrants (FY'25); payroll, general fund (2838-3183), coop fund (360-406), child nutrition fund (410-461); claims, general fund (3184-3267), coop fund (407-417), building fund (102-103), child nutrition fund (462-472).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

7. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

8. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

9. Discussion and possible vote to enter into an agreement with Mr. Billy Mitchell to form a team with the Oklahoma Bass Nation High School Fishing Program, The Bass Federation, and the Student Angler Federation for the 2025 calendar year.

10. Consider and vote to declare items as surplus. These items are outdated, broken or no longer used by the district.  Items declared as surplus are to be sold or discarded as deemed appropriate by the Superintendent.

11. Consider and vote to approve an Interagency Agreement with the Oklahoma Office of Juvenile Affairs (OJA) to provide emergency transportation to the residents of Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center in case of an emergency.

12. Consider and vote to approve a calendar change for the 2024-2025 school year to include recent virtual learning days from February 18-20, 2025.

13. Consider and vote to approve calendar for the 2025-2026 school year for Tecumseh Public Schools.

14. Consider and vote to adopt board policy 2012 Board Meeting Decorum and Public Comment.

15. Review, discussion, and possible vote to approve capacity numbers for each grade level to take effect on April 1, 2025.

16. Discussion regarding personnel including possible executive session:
A. Consider accepting personnel resignation requests:

     Amy Williams - Teacher - Tecumseh Middle School (effective at end of school year)
B. Consider hiring personnel for the remainder of the school year (temporary contract):

C. Consider hiring long-term substitute teacher for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year (temporary contract):
     Debbie Collins - Teacher - Barnard Elementary
D. Consider hiring Building Principals and Dean of Students for the 2025-2026 school year:
     Tammy Giaudrone - Principal - Tecumseh Early Childhood Center
     Karla Buchanan - Principal - Barnard Elementary School
     Lisa Thompson - Dean of Students - Cross Timbers Elementary
     Angie Drew - Principal - Tecumseh Middle School

E. Consider hiring Building Assistant Principals for the 2025-2026 school year:

     Rodney Buss - Assistant Principal - Tecumseh High School
     Jaime Griggs - Assistant Principal - Tecumseh High School
F. Consider hiring Athletic Director for the 2025-2026 school year:

G. The Board may vote to convene in executive session to discuss said personnel matters as identified in items A through F per Title 25 Oklahoma Statutes Section 307 (B)(1).

17. Vote to convene in executive session or remain in open session.

18. Acknowledge the Board's return to open session and read the Executive Session Compliance Announcement.
