I.1. ↵Discussion and possible board action to approve A133-2019 Exhibit A Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendments from Timberlake Construction Co., Inc. for both the Mustang High School Softball Hitting Facility and the Mustang Elementary Security Corridor, with execution of either contract being contingent upon receipt of the statutorily required bonds, and delegating contract signature authority to the Superintendent.
