Call Meeting to Order

Consider and take action on written minutes of the regular meeting on April 1st, 2019 and special meeting on April 4th, 2019.

Consider and take action on General Fund encumbrances PO #'s 383 thru 405; Building Fund PO #'s 16 and 17, Child Nutrition Fund PO #'s 33 thru 35; and Bond Fund PO # 16.

Consider and take action on an increase to General Fund PO # 22 and Child Nutrition PO # 10.  

Comments from visitors who have complied with board policy.

Presentation by and discussion with Keystone Food Service representative(s) regarding their food service program.  

Consider and take action on taking bids for a food service program for the 2019-20 school year.  

Superintendent's Report

Consider and take action on bid for football infield dirt work.

Consider and take action on track resurfacing bid.

Consider and take action on Marietta High School detailed plan for implementation of the site readiness for state ACT testing.  

Consider and take action on resignations.

Proposed executive session to discuss the reemployment of non-certified employees for the 2019-20 school year, the employment of a special education paraprofessional and the employment of a primary teacher. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)

Vote to acknowledge return to open session.

Superintendent's written recommendation for reemployment of non-certified employees for the 2019-20 school year (see attached).
