 Discussion and action:on approval of a $877.50 claim from vendor #688 Duncan Welding for services to the City of Franklin.

Discussion and action: Barry Rubendall, Street Superintendent, on various street repairs around town.
 

Discussion and action on purchasing additional Builders Risk coverage from LARM Insurance for the NAHTF grant during construction. The quote for one year is $1,312.00.

Discussion and action on the recommendation from Erickson Sullivan Architects firm on selecting the General Contractor for the NAHTF (Nebraska Affordable Housing Trust Fund) for the grant. 

Discussion and action on the park committee's recommendation will involve selecting Erickson Sullivan Architects as the Engineering Firm for Zone 1 (adjacent to the Library) and Zone 2 (west shelter and restrooms) in relation to the RCRP Grant for the park renovation.

Discussion and action on Post Prom donation from the Keno account.  The balance in the account is $289.69. The council approved giving the balance of the Keno account to Post Prom to close it out at the October 8, 2024, council meeting.
 

Discussion and action on purchasing a mower and bagger from Gerdes Feed & Supply, a Gravely 660 mower for $14,279.16 and a 660 bagger for $3,61115, a total quote of $17,890.031

Discussion and action on May 2023 hail storm damage
