II.A. Minutes of the Board of Education Regular Meeting of June 23, 2025.

II.B. Approval of purchasing a US Treasury for $10,000,000 for 10 years at a rate greater than 4%. Interest will be paid in November and May annually.

III. Discussion then possible action to approve a proposed executive session to discuss the employment of those individuals and/or positions listed on the attached Exhibit "A" [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)] and negotiations concerning employees and/or representatives of employee groups [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(2)] to hire a new Director of Secondary School Student Activities and Athletics.

IV. Discussion then possible action to approve the hiring of the new Enid Public Schools Director of Secondary School Student Activities and Athletics.

V. Notification of Reassignments, Retirements and/or Resignations as Approved by the Superintendent and listed on the attached Exhibit "A" [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).
