5. Discussion, consideration and vote to declare an emergency pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit. 61, Section 130 of the Oklahoma Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 and to authorize the Superintendent to solicit proposals for effecting the replacement and/or repairs of the Boise City Public Schools roofs without notice or bid and to take any other action deemed necessary in response to roof damage to the gymnasium, elementary, high school and auditorium.
Rationale:
The foam roof still has water seeping up when walked on. Afraid any further rain will create leaks into the buildings, creating water damage and a high potential for mold inside all facilities.

6. Proposed vote to go into executive session pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1) to discuss extra duty assignments and possible revisions for the 2026-2027 fiscal year.
Rationale:
Possible actions: Add personnel to hs boys basketball and JH cheer. Remove Mellisa Wiley as class sponsor.
