16.a. Authorize and approve the Mayor to sign the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Agreement with Pilgrims Landing Garden Club regarding maintenance and landscaping, in an amount not to exceed $2,000.00. (Public Works Director)

16.b. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign acceptance of the Permanent Storm Sewer Easement granted by Quail Crossing LLC. (Public Works Director)

16.c. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order No. 4 with Vrana Civil for the Bellevue Entertainment District Traffic Signals, in an amount not to exceed $532,125.16. (Public Works Director)

16.d. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Consulting Agreement with HUB International Great Plains, LLC., as the Broker of Record for Insurance Brokerage Services, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00. (HR Director)

16.e. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Annual Renewal Workplace Harassment Training Agreement with Traliant for a one-year term beginning September 2, 2026 through September 1, 2027, in an amount not to exceed $5,890.00. (HR Director)
