6.k. Resolution Number 7452 executing the Request for Reconveyance and the Deed of Reconveyance, along with all other necessary documents to terminate the Deed of Trust for the Energy Efficiency Loan Agreement, dated June 24, 2020, between the City and Gary A. Staton and Amealya J. Staton.

7. PUBLIC HEARINGS/BIDS

7.a. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering amending Section 307(A), (V), and (AA) of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Beatrice, Ordinance Number 94-13, as such ordinance relates to Agricultural Sales and Services, Pet Sales, and Veterinary Services; and Table 4-2 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Beatrice, Ordinance Number 94-13, relating to permitted uses by zoning district.

8. RESOLUTIONS

8.a. Resolution Number 7453 adopting Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for FAA Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, and 2027 for the Beatrice Municipal Airport.

8.b. Resolution Number 7454 executing the executing the Second Amendment to the Agreement dated November 6, 2023, between the City and Hoppe & Son, LLC, in order to acknowledge the completion of certain contingencies and to change the Closing Date to May 5, 2025.

8.c. Resolution Number 7455 executing the Grant Agreement and any other documents necessary to effectuate the Nebraska Department of Economic Development (NDED) Rural Community Recovery Program Grant 23-RCRP-039 for the purpose of purchasing and installing ADA-compliant playground equipment and other outdoor recreational equipment.

8.d. Resolution Number 7456 prohibiting parking along the north side of Irving Street located west of Highway 77, a/k/a North 6th Street.

8.e. Resolution Number 7457 authorizing and approving the issuance by the Beatrice Area Solid Waste Agency (BASWA) of BASWA’s Solid Waste Disposal Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 2025, and the pledge by the City to levy a special tax on all taxable property within the City sufficient to make up any deficiency in the revenues of BASWA’s facilities in order to pay the principal of and interest on such bonds.

9. ORDINANCES

9.a. Ordinance amending Section 307(A), (V), and (AA) of Article III of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Beatrice, Ordinance Number 94-13, relating to Agricultural Sales and Services, Pet Sales, and Veterinary Services.

9.b. Ordinance amending Tabe 4-2 of Article IV of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Beatrice, Ordinance Number 94-13, relating to permitted uses by zoning district.

9.c. Ordinance to convey real estate, a portion of the Stoddard Elementary Site, owned by the City of Beatrice, to Hoppe & Son, LLC.
