6. Approval of Minutes of the July 16th special meeting.

8. Vote to approve or disapprove of the following fundraisers:

8.1. Anadarko High School to raise money for the program/Danny Harris.

8.2. Anadarko Middle School 4-H to raise money for the program/Kelley McGlothlin (3).

8.3. Anadarko High School Band to raise money for the program/Houston Smith (3).

8.4. Athletics to raise money for the program/Kandess Botone.

8.5. AHS Cheer to raise money for the program/Cindy Young.

8.6. Softball to raise money for the program/Terra Funk.

8.7. Football to raise money for the program/Kent Jackson.

8.8. Boys basketball to raise money for the program/Doug Schumpert (3).

9. Vote to approve or disapprove ODCTE Contract for Career and Technology Education Programs for School Year 2026-2027.

10. Vote to approve or disapprove the CCOSA District Level Services (DLS) Program Contract Agreement for 2026-2027 school year.

11. Vote to approve or disapprove the Entry Year Teacher-Mentor assignments for 2026-2027.

12. Motion to approve or disapprove the Contract Agreement with Collier Education Consulting, LLC (DBA Educational Consulting Services), Kim Collier for educational consulting services for the 2026-2027 school year. 

13. Consideration and vote to convene in executive session to discuss personnel vacancies. 25 O.S. 307B(1)

14. Vote to reconvene in open session.

15. Vote to approve or disapprove of the following for employment: Chloey Hayes, Special Education Paraprofessional at Sunset Elementary; Chrissy Weaver, Special Education Teacher at Sunset Elementary; Kim Jackson, Special Education Paraprofessional at East Elementary; Christopher Dobson, JOM at East Elementary; Joseph Gallegos, Special Education Paraprofessional at East Elementary; Whisper Weryackwe, Special Education Paraprofessional at East Elementary; Brianna Fryberger, Special Education Paraprofession at Mission Elementary; and Erica Hall, 7th Grade Math Paraprofessional at Middle School; Preston Woods, Paraprofessional at High School, Josh Worcester, ISD Monitor/Paraprofessional at High School; for the 2026-2027 year.

16. Vote to approve or disapprove of the resignation of Alyssa Gibson, Special Education Paraprofessional at Sunset Elementary; Katelyn Erwin, Paraprofessional at East Elementary; Sarah Nunn, Secretary at Middle School, effective the end of the 25–26 school year. 

17. Vote to approve or disapprove the resignation of Clarissa Davilla, Anadarko Public Schools Board Member for seat #5.

18. Discussion and possible action to consider the process for filling the vacant Board of Education Seat No. 5, including opening the position for applications or appointing a qualified community member to serve the remainder of the year.

19. Approval of warrants, change orders, and purchase orders for July.
