8. Vote to approve or disapprove the following overnight trip request and fundraisers:

8.1. Girls Basketball overnight trip request for team bonding in Broken Bow, OK/Chris Gates. 

8.2. Sunset Elementary to raise money for the program/Jeff Barrett. (2)

8.3. Middle School Academic Team to raise money for the program/Christy Teel. (2)

8.4. Junior Class to raise money for the program/Courtney Stone. 

8.5. High School Band to raise money for the program/Jessica Stone. (2)

8.6. FCCLA to raise money for the program/Jacquelyn Smith. 

8.7. Special Olympics to raise money for the program/Kathy Kappelle. 

8.8. Tennis to raise money for the program/Laci Tompkins. (2) 

8.9. High School Girls Basketball to raise money for the program/Chris Gates. (3)

8.10. Boys Basketball to raise money for the program/Doug Schumpert. 

9. Vote to approve or disapprove the school days/hours policy for the 2025-2026 school year.

10. Vote to approve or disapprove the budget for the 2025-2026 school year.

11. Vote to approve or disapprove the Chase Morris Act Compliance Site Plan for Sunset Elementary, East Elementary, Mission Elementary, Middle School, and High School for the 2025-2026 school year.  

12. Discussion and possible board action to pass 2025-2026 Annual School Election Resolution for Board Position Ward #1.  Filing for Board position is set for 8:00 a.m. Monday, December 1, 2025 through 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

13. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Belinda Josey, 21st Century Director; for the 2025-2026 school year.
