1. Call to Order.

4. This is an open, public meeting held in accordance with the Open Meeting Laws of the State of Oklahoma.

5. Approval of Minutes of the September regular meeting.

6. Public Comments.

7. Vote to approve or disapprove the following fundraisers:

7.1. Sunset Elementary to raise money for program/Jeff Barrett. 

7.2. Junior Class to raise money for program/Andrew Duncan. (2)

7.3. FFA to raise money for program/Ryan Freeman. 

8. Vote to approve or disapprove a new activity fund account for Transportation Department to raise money and purchase items for bus drivers/Keith Knight.

9. Vote to approve or disapprove a new activity fund account for Caddo County Academics to fund Caddo County Academic Meets/Kim Hancock.

10. Vote to approve or disapprove the transfer of $69.66 from the High School Academic Team account to the Caddo County Academic Team account/Kim Hancock.  

11. Discussion and possible action on the 2021-2022 Anadarko Public Schools Return to Learn Plan.  

12. Vote to approve or disapprove the resignation of Jonna Beartrack, teacher's aide at East Elementary.  

13. Vote to approve or disapprove the employment of Matt West, East Elementary Teacher's Aide for the 2021-2022 school year.

14. Vote to approve or disapprove the budget for the 2021-2022 school year.

15. Discussion and possible board action to pass 2022 Annual School Election Resolution for Board Position Ward #2 and remaining unexpired term for Ward #5. Filing for Board position is set for 8:00 a.m. Monday, December 6, 2021 through 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 8, 2021.
