Consideration of property insurance wind/hail deductible buy-back options for 2026-27 term.
This is the new quote for the 1% wind/hail buy back to a $25,000 deductible. This would essentially reduce the wind/hail deductible from the $215,793 deductible down to $25,000 for just the main building. Premium for a reduction to $10,000 was 10,759.15, and this one to reduce to $25,000 deductible is at $8,942.82. This would save $1,816.33 in premium, but would have a $15,000 higher deductible. |
