     A. Consider/ Approve Minutes of Regular Meeting of March 29th and Special Meeting of  April 5th, 2021.

     C. Board approval to certify that the District's technology and instructional allotment is used only for expenses allowed by the Texas Education Code, and as detailed in material in the Board Packet.

     A. Discussion and Possible Action re: Changes in the COVID Masking Policy.
     B. Discussion of refinancing the existing bond to a lower interest rate.
     C. Consider adoption of a resolution approving an agreement to obtain legal services
from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, a law firm with substantial experience
advising governmental entities in matters relating to the issuance of bonds; finding
that such legal services require specialized expertise in laws governing the issuance
of bonds and therefore cannot be adequately performed by attorneys and supporting
personnel of the District and that entering into a contingent fee contract for legal
services is in the best interest of the district because no amount will be paid unless
bonds are actually issued; and resolving other matters related thereto.
     D. Consider adoption of an order authorizing the issuance of D’Hanis
Independent School District Unlimited Tax Refunding Bonds; levying a tax
and providing for the security and payment therefor; authorizing the pricing
officer to approve the award of the sale thereof in accordance with specified
parameters; authorizing the redemption prior to maturity of certain
outstanding bonds; and enacting other provisions related thereto
     E. Discussion and Possible Action to move forwad in becoming a District of Innovation. (DOI)
