V.F. Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution to:
1. Select Construction Manager at Risk as the construction delivery method for 2024 Bond Projects,
Scope #1 (General, Athletics/Parking, Teacher Housing, excluding Football Field Turf and Tennis Courts);
2. Authorize the Superintendent to prepare and issue a Request for Proposals to solicit proposals from
potential Construction Managers-at-Risk for the District’s 2024 Bond Projects, Scope #1, and to establish
the criteria and related weights to incorporate in the RFP; and
3. Authorize the Superintendent to work with the District’s architect/engineer and legal counsel to assist
with advertising and soliciting proposals from potential Construction Managers-At-Risk and to take all
other action necessary to assist the Board in selecting a contractor.

V.G. Deliberation and possible action to adopt a resolution to: 
1. Select Competitive Sealed Proposals as Construction Delivery Method for Other Bond Projects
Scope #2 (Football Field Turf, also excluding Tennis Courts); and
2. Authorize the Superintendent to prepare and issue a Request for Proposals to solicit proposals
from potential contractors for the District’s 2024 Bond Projects, Scope #2; and
3. Authorize the Superintendent to work with the District’s architect/engineer and legal counsel to
assist with advertising and soliciting proposals and to take all other action necessary to assist the
Board in selecting a contractor.

V.H. Discussion/Action – Set Date and Time for TAPR Public Hearing.

V.I. Discussion/ Action- Budget Amendments.

V.J. Closed Sessions Discussions –
1. Consultation with school attorney (in person, or via telephone conference) in closed session, pursuant
to Texas Government Code sections §551.071 and §551.129, regarding contemplated litigation and/or to
seek and receive legal advice from legal counsel concerning legal matters.
2. Discussion in closed session, pursuant to Texas Government Code sections §551.082 and §551.082,
involving the discipline of a public school child.
