Consider and take possible action regarding Amending 2022-2023 Stipends. 

Consider and take possible action regarding an order authorizing the defeasance and redemption of a portion of the district's outstanding unlimited tax bonds, and approving an escrow agreement and all other instruments and procedures related thereto. 

Request for discussion and possible action regarding adoption of 2022 Karnes City ISD Maintenance and Operations Tax Rate and Debt Service Tax Rate and a Resolution of the Board to set Tax rate for 2022.
