V.A. Teacher Master Agreement Settlement Update

Description:
We have a tentative agreement on the Teacher Master Agreement. Teachers will attempt to take a vote prior to the March 18, 2020 Board Meeting. If ratified, the Board may take their vote on that date.
Overview is 2.25 and 2 on Salary Grid, move from an opt in 403(b) plan to an opt out 403(b) plan and the ability to cash out two sick days and have them paid into an HSA account if the teacher maintains a bank of at least 15 sick days. Details can be found in the attached Tentative Master Agreement.
