XI. CLOSED SESSION:  The Board of Education will entertain a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to s. 19.85 (1) (c), and/or (f) as appropriate, to Discuss a staff member’s performance, evaluation, and plan for improvement. The Board may take action in closed session, if necessary and appropriate. Thereafter, the Board will entertain a motion to reconvene into open session. After reconvening into open session, the Board may take further action that is necessary and appropriate. The Board will then entertain a motion to adjourn.
