X. CLOSED SESSION:  The Board of Education will entertain a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to s. 19.85 (1) (c),(f) and/or (e) as appropriate, to 1. Discuss a staff member’s performance, evaluation, and plan for improvement, and 2. Deliberate or negotiate the purchase of public properties, the investment of public properties, the investment of public funds, or to conduct other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session for the purpose of considering bids from and negotiations relating to selecting a construction management firm. The Board may take action in closed session, if necessary and appropriate. Thereafter, the Board will entertain a motion to reconvene into open session. After reconvening into open session, the Board may take further action that is necessary and appropriate. The Board will then entertain a motion to adjourn.
