1. Call to order - 5:00 p.m.

1.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in the time and manner required by law.

2. Discuss and take possible action to approve UES for construction material testing in the amount of $40,430 per the attached proposal.

3. Discuss and take possible action to approve July 2, 2025, at 9:00am for the bond project construction ground-breaking event.

4. Discuss and take possible action regarding the Stronger Connection Grant budget.

5. Discuss and take possible action to appoint a High School interviewing committee.

6. Discuss and take possible action to review and accept the TASB planning calendar presented by Marian Strauss-Senior Consultant- TASB

7.  Closed Session - Adjourn to closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.101 Specifically, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Texas Government Code section 551.074); and/or Consultation with Attorney, to discuss personnel, resignations, and other personnel items (Texas Government Code section 551.071

7.A.1. Consultation with the attorney regarding personnel and other legal issues.

7.A.2. Conduct Interim Superintendent interviews.

7.A.3. Discuss extending the LPISD High School Interim principal position until July 13, 2025.

7.A.4. Discuss changing the LPC Cassandra Ramirez's contract to a term chapter 21 contract.

8. Reconvene from closed session and take possible action relevant to items discussed in closed session.

8.A. Discuss and take possible action to appoint an interim superintendent for La Pryor I.S.D.

8.B. Discuss and take possible action to extend the LPISD High School interim principal position until July 13, 2025.

8.C. Discuss and take possible action to change the LPC Cassandra Ramirez's contract to a term chapter 21 contract as discussed in closed session.
