1. Call to order - 6:00 p.m.

1.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in the time and manner required by law.

2. Discuss and take possible action to approve the contractor's Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) proposal as presented by AGCM.

3. Discuss and take possible action to approve a superintendent search firm to conduct the superintendent search for La Pryor I.S.D

4.  Closed Session - Adjourn to closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.101 Specifically, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Texas Government Code section 551.074); and/or Consultation with Attorney, to discuss personnel, resignations, and other personnel items (Texas Government Code section 551.071

4.A. Personnel

4.A.1. Consultation with the attorney regarding personnel and other legal issues.

4.A.2. Discuss interim superintendent candidates for La Pryor I.S.D.

4.A.3. Discuss to rescind the action taken by the board at the April 4, 2025, meeting to propose termination of the contract of Dr. William Arevalo with La Pryor I.S.D.

5. Reconvene from closed session and take possible action relevant to items discussed in closed session.

5.A. Discuss and take possible action to appoint an interim superintendent for La Pryor I.S.D.

5.B. Discuss and take possible action to rescind the action taken by the board on the April 4, 2025, meeting to propose termination of the contract of Dr. William Arevalo with La Pryor I.S.D.
