3. For Information only: Perdue Brandon law firm representatives will present a property value study appeal that affected our 2022-23 school year, with savings earned of $326,560.00.

4. Discuss and take possible action to approve to pay the invoice presented by Perdue
Brandon for services related to the property value study appeal in the amount of $32,656 and the amendment of the budget.
