3. For Information only: Presentation of School Based Clinic updates by Norma Tellez, Chief Executive Officer for Vida Y Salud Health Systems.

4. For Information Only: La Pryor ISD applied and was awarded the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) Dual Credit Grant for the 2024-2025 school year. The total Grant award was $220,000 and the purpose of the grant is to upgrade our CTE Health Science Program with 6 Hospital Simulation Rooms and Technology.

5. Discuss and take possible action to approve Pocket Nurse supplies for the previously approved Texas Workforce Dual Credit Grant.

6. Discuss and take possible action to approve JCA Legal Services contract to be utilized as legal counsel for the District without retainer fees and may be used as a second legal opinion.

7. Discuss and take possible action to open a bank account with Zavala County Bank to execute business transactions related to the Bond Project.

8. Closed Session - Adjourn to closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.101 et seq.
