4. For Information Only: We continue to look at all contracts, we have partnered with TASB Energy Cooperative Fixed-rate Transportation Fuel Pool. This effort is to earn savings on fuel rates and take advantage of the purchasing power through TASB Energy Cooperative.

5. Discuss and take possible action to approve the Budget Amendment to facilitate the purchase of the HS Gym unit for $35,000.

6. Discuss and take possible action to approve an additional checking account with Zavala County Bank to filter miscellaneous payments and revenue from general funds.

7. Discuss and take possible action to grant full access to the Finance Director for the Zavala County Business Bank account.

8. Discuss and take possible action to approve a Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the La Pryor Independent School District regarding staff pay during the school closure on April 8, 2024.

9. Discuss and take possible action to approve a Tax Refund for Overpayment.
