4. Discuss and take possible action to approve the 2023-2024 Academic School Year Calendar as voted by the current LPISD employees.

5. Discuss and take possible action to approve the pay for teachers for summer instruction and summer professional development and preparation to $40 an hour for 22-23 Summer Instruction and $30 an hour for Professional Development and Preparation for Fall 2023.

6. Discuss and take possible action to take from the table the motion to amend the Student Code of Conduct to address the consequences and Bus Disciplinary Guidelines.

7. For Information Only: La Pryor ISD Board of Trustees will hold a required Team of Eight Training on April 10th, 2023 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Elementary Library.  During the training, the board of trustees will decide on a date and time for the Superintendent's Review.

8. For Information Only: La Pryor ISD Board of Trustees will participate in a TASB Uvalde Workshop regarding School Safety and Security and Employee Retention Strategies on April 25, 2023.  No action will be taken at this training.

9. Discuss and take possible action to approve a resolution against vouchers, education savings accounts and tax payers savings grants that take away funding from public schools.

10. Discuss and take possible action to approve a partnership with UT Health SA- UT Teen Health beginning in the 2023-2024 school year.

11. Closed Session - Adjourn to closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.001 et seq. Specifically, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Texas Government Code section 551.074); and/or Consultation with Attorney, to discuss personnel, resignations, and other personnel items (Texas Government Code section 551.071).
