Specifically, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Texas Government Code section 551.074); and/or Consultation with Attorney, to discuss personnel, resignations, and other personnel items (Texas Government Code section 551.071).

2.A. Discuss the Employment of Dr. Wiliam D. Arevalo, lone finalist for Superintendent of Schools of the La Pryor Independent School District.

2.B. Discuss the Superintendent's contract to be offered to Dr. William D. Arevalo.

3. Reconvene from closed session for possible action relevant to items covered in closed session.

3.A. Discussion and possible action on hiring Dr. William D. Arevalo, Superintendent of Schools for the La Pryor Independent School District.

3.B. Discussion and possible action to approve the Superintendent's contract for Dr. William D. Arevalo, La Pryor ISD Superintendent.
