2. Discussion on a plan of action to enhance school safety:
*TASB - Safety and Security
*Stanley Safety and Security system to replace door knobs - pending estimate
*Door Security Sleeve - Estimated at $9350.
*Cyber safety search team

3. Briefing by Local Law Enforcement regarding campus security.

4. Discuss a school safety plan of action for the 2022-23 school year.

5. Discussion and possible action to update the district's fire alarm system.

6. Discussion and possible action to modernize the district's PA system - Estimated at $25,000.

7. Discuss a one-time increase for paraprofessional instructional aides from $15 to $30 an hour for 21-22 summer school instruction.

8.  Closed Session - Adjourn to closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.101 Specifically, Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee (Texas Government Code section 551.074); and/or Consultation with Attorney, to discuss personnel, resignations, and other personnel items (Texas Government Code section 551.071).
