3. Discuss and possible action to approve the 2021-2022 School Board Calendar

4. Discuss and possible action to approve a one-time $1,000.00 retention stipend for all returning staff that are still with the district as of July 15, 2021.  If a staff member resigns before the 2021-2022 school year, they will pay the district back at a prorated amount for the days that they did not work.

5. Discuss and possible action to approve the extension of our Depository Contract with Zavala County Bank for the years 2021-2022 and 2022-2023.

6. Discuss and possible action to approve a district cheerleader uniform purchasing plan.  The district will pay for one new uniform for all cheerleaders every three years.  The district will pay for one uniform for each cheerleader that is new to the team during years that are new uniforms are not being purchased for the entire team.  These uniforms will be property of the district and will be used as necessary.

7. Discuss and possible action to approve contracting out services to complete fencing around the campuses where there is not current fencing.

8. Closed Session adjourn to closed Session pursuant of Texas Government Code 5451.074 (Personnel, to deliberate regarding the appointment, employment,evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public office or employee; and/or Texas Government Code 5510071 (consultation with Attorney), specifically to discuss:  Personnel, Resignations, and other personnel items.
