Discuss and possible action to approve the Board delegating final authority for employment of contractual personnel each year, beginning May 15 and ending August 15.  Such annual delegation is automatic and shall not require additional action from the Board. Each year such delegated hiring authority reverts back to the Board on August 16, to be retained until following May.
