4. Discussion and possible action to adopt the Resolution setting the M&O Tax Rate at $1.170000 and the I&S Rate of $0.110000.

5. Discussion and possible action to adopt the Resolution for Reserving and Designating Fund Balance in accordance with GASB 54.

6. Discussion and possible action to approve 2010-2011 Budget Amendments and all other amendments as necessary.
