1. Public Hearing to discuss the 2010-2011 Proposed Budget.  The Special Board meeting to immediately follow the conclusion of the Public Hearing.

4. Closed Session: A closed session may be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.071 and 551.074. Discussion of Personnel Employment, Assignments, Suspensions, and Resignations.

4.A. Consultation with school attorney (551.071).

4.B. Discuss employment recommendations.

4.C. Discussion of other personnel issues.

5. Reconvene from closed session for possible action relevant to items covered during closed session.

5.A. Discussion and possible action to approve employment recommendations.

6. Discussion and possible action to adopt the 2010-2011 school year Proposed Budget.

7. Discussion and possible action on Joint Election Agreement and Election Services Contract between La Pryor ISD and Zavala County.

8. Discussion and possible action to approve revision of Board Policy EIA (Local): Grading Policy.

9. Discussion and possible action on 2009-2010 Budget Amendment.
