2. Closed Session: A closed session may be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.071 and 551.074. Discussion of Personnel Employment, Assignments, Suspensions, and Resignations.

2.A. Discussion of adoption of job description for administrator position.

2.B. Discussion on renewal or nonrenewal or termination of administrator, teachers, librarians, counselors, nurses and other Chapter 21 professional employees, including probationary contract employees.

2.C. Discussion on superintendent goals.

2.D. Discussion on resignations and retirements.

2.E. Discussion of amendment of Superintendent's contract.

2.F. Consultation with school attorney to receive confidential or privileged legal advice.

3. Reconvene from closed session for possible action relevant to items covered during closed session.
