2.C. Discussion on the contract of elementary Principal, Mrs. Lisa Taylor.

2.D. Discussion of Mrs. Lisa Taylor's reassignment, reason for it, new job responsibilities and salary adjustment, if applicable.

Discussion regarding matters discussed by Ms. Aurora Najera, Mr. Bobby McHazlett and Mrs. Lorena Lopez at a meeting with the District's Counsel following the regular meeting of the board of trustees held on February 17, 2009 at approximately 9:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. at the La Pryor ISD Board room.

2.G. Discussion on Superintendent Ramirez leaving Board meeting without notifying the Board.
