3. Reconvene from closed session for possible action relevant to items covered during closed session.

3.A. Consideration and possible action to approve amending 2008-2009 Budget for professional staff compensation.

4. Discussion and possible action to rescind action taken at the August 19, 2008 Regular Board meeting approving the La Pryor ISD Trustee election judge.

5. Discussion and possible action to approve the election judge for the 2008 La Pryor ISD Board of Trustee Election with authorization to appoint election clerks as needed.
