1. Call to Order.

1.A. Announcement by the chairman whether a quorum is present and that the meeting has been duly called, and that notice of the meeting has been posted in the time and manner required by law.

1.B. Moment of Silence.

1.C. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America.

2. Closed Session: A closed session may be held under the provisions of Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Section 551.071 and 551.074.

2.A. Pursuant to Sec. 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, consultation with attorney for the District regarding legal issues and costs involving investigation of a petition making allegation against the Superintendent and the High School Principal.

2.B. Purusant to Sec. 551.074 of the Texas Government Code, deliberations relating to the duties and responsibilities of the Superintendent and High School Principal.

3. Reconvene from closed session for possible action relevant to items covered during closed session.

3.A. Reconvene from Closed Session to discuss and take possible action on an investigation into allegations against the Superintendent and the High School Principal set out in a petition submitted by District residents.

4. Adjournment.
