8.2. Recognize and take action on the Franklin Education Association as exclusive bargaining agent for the district's non-supervisory certificated staff for the 2027-2028 contract year.

8.3. Consider, discuss and take action on the Option Enrollment Capacity Resolution for the 2026-2027 school year as follows:
K-5th Grade = 23 students 6th-12th Grade = 25 students. The state requires this resolution to be re-evaluated and voted upon each school year.

8.4. Consider, discuss, and take action on the services and payment expensed from the General Fund, as quoted by Cornerstone Electric, to remove the existing 5E cabling from the head-end rack, install new cabling, and certify all new cabling in the affected areas. See attached map.
Rationale:
For the past six months, we’ve been struggling with internet connections in the building. The lag has caused problems with printing, cameras, phones, and now even the esports room.
The plan would add multiple drops, allowing offices and the esports room to be hardwired instead of relying on weak Wi-Fi.

9. Reminder of Superintendent Evaluation Requirement Pursuant to Section 16 of Superintendent's Contract
Rationale:
In accordance with Section 16 of the Superintendent’s contract, the Superintendent is required to remind the Board, in writing and no later than the regular November meeting, of the obligation to conduct the annual performance evaluation. The evaluation must take place no later than the regular December meeting. Each board member will receive an email with a link to log onto the district’s online evaluation platform to complete the evaluation consistent with the written instrument currently on file with the Nebraska Department of Education.
