8.2. Consider, discuss and take action to approve the contract for Todd Yeutter (JHHS Sped Teacher) for the 2025-2026 school year pending certification.

8.3. Consider, discuss and take action on transferring the remaining balance (~$1630.84) in the 2025 senior class sub account to the sub accounts as follows per the request of the Class of 2025 via letter:

8.4. Consider, discuss and take action on allowing the Superintendent or their designee to manage/approve all Activity Fund expense transactions for the upcoming school year 2025-2026
Rationale:
The business manager will present the requested expenses to the Superintendent to obtain approval prior to printing the expense checks throughout each week as needed. The business manager will then compile the monthly Activity Fund expense transactions into a report. The report will be included within the claims section of the school board meeting agenda each month.

8.7. Consider, discuss, and take action on the purchase of the OpenSciEd Elementary and OpenSciEd Middle School curriculum for the 2025-2026 school year.
Rationale:
The prior year's Science curriculum contract expired this spring. On June 18th, three elementary teachers and the middle school science teacher attended training at ESU9 on the OpenSci curriculum. They have recommended purchasing this curriculum for the 2025-2026 school year. The cost of the K-5 science curriculum is $17,263.68. The cost of the 6-8 science curriculum is $26191.20. The total cost $43,454.88.
