13.1. Transition Work
Rationale:
I have thoroughly enjoyed sitting with Shelley over the course of this past semester and discussing many topics regarding leadership and the role of the superintendent. She has been working diligently on completing the course requirements for UNK to get the appropriate certification for the superintendency. You will have a superintendent who is prepared and excited to lead Franklin. I am very proud to have been a part of her journey and if the truth be known I have learned as much from her as she may have learned from me!!!
