2. Public Comments/Open Community Forum: The public is invited to sign up and speak on matters of concern. However, board members cannot discuss matters of Open Community Forum.  Each speaker is limited to 5 minutes.  Sign in with the recording secretary.

4. Consider appointing Joaquin Andujo to fulfill the vacated position on the Board of Trustees for Sunray ISD.  (Action Required) 

5. Discuss and review information concerning the option of proposing a bond election for November 2024 and to review written and/or statements by board members that may not be present.  (Discussion only)

6. AN ORDER BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SUNRAY COLLEGIATE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT CALLING A BOND ELECTION TO BE HELD WITHIN THE DISTRICT; MAKING PROVISIONS FOR THE CONDUCT AND THE GIVING OF NOTICE OF THE ELECTION; AND CONTAINING OTHER PROVISIONS RELATING THERETO

A)Discussion re. the duties, performance, and employment of administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, custodial, maintenance, cafeteria, support personnel, and business office. 

B) Discussion re. the duties, performance, and employment of the acting superintendent.  

C) Deliberation regarding property of the District.  Government Code 551.072
