7.K. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed)
session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure under
any of the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to
personnel matters, as permitted by section 551.074, Texas Government
Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student or to hear
complaints against an employee, as permitted by section 551.082, Texas
Government Code; for discussion of personally identifiable student
information as permitted by section 551.0821, Texas Government Code; to
deliberate matters pertaining to real property, as permitted by section
551.072, Texas Government Code; for consultation with legal counsel as
permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code; to deliberate
security devices or security audits, as permitted by section 551.076, Texas
Government Code; to discuss legal issues related to 2019 Bond Projects, as
permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code.
