CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure under any of the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters, as permitted by section 551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student or to hear complaints against an employee, as permitted by section 551.082, Texas Government Code; for discussion of personally identifiable student information as permitted by section 551.0821, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to real property, as permitted by section 551.072, Texas Government Code; for consultation with legal counsel as permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code; to deliberate security devices or security audits, as permitted by section 551.076, Texas Government Code; to discuss legal issues related to 2019 Bond Projects, as permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code.

1. Pursuant to 551.071, 551.129, Texas Government Codes, consultation with legal counsel regarding any matters on the agenda.  
2. To discuss participation in multi-district litigation involving youth social media usage and related litigation and entering into a contingency fee contract with Eiland & Bonnin, PC and O’Hanlon, Demerath & Castillo, PC to represent the District (Texas Government Code §551.071)
3. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.072, deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of the non-exclusive utility easement to be conveyed to Entergy Texas, Inc., such easement existing within District-owned property in Jefferson County that is approximately 23.5 acres bordered by 18th Street and Spurlock Road.
