5.A. OPEN SESSION/CONTRACT RECOMMENDATIONS

5.B. CLOSED SESSION: PERSONNEL MATTERS: Pursuant to 551.0o74(1), Texas Government Code, the Board of Trustees may meet in closed session to discuss personnel matters, including employee contract renewal/nonrenewals. Any action, discussion, or vote on this matter will be taken in open session, according to law.

5.C. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure by the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters including employee contract renewal/non-renewals, as permitted by section 551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student, as permitted by section 551.082, Texas Government Code; for discussion of personally identifiable student information as permitted by section 551.0821, Texas Government Code; to discuss legal issues related to 2019 Bond Projects, as permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to real property, as permitted by section 551.072, Texas Government Code; to consult with attorney, as permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code.
