1. CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL, ESTABLISHMENT OF QUORUM

2. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE TO AMERICAN AND TEXAS FLAGS

3. OPEN FORUM

4. Consider and take possible action regarding Superintendent search, including selection of superintendent search consultant.

5. Discussion of Superintendent search process and candidate profile. 

6. CLOSED SESSION;  Deliberation regarding Superintendent transition and issues related to search process to the extent such deliberation involves discussion of specific employees or candidates, pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.074. 

7. CLOSED SESSION: The Board of Trustees will meet in executive (closed) session to discuss certain matters excepted from public disclosure by the following statutory provisions: to deliberate matters pertaining to personnel matters including employee contract renewal/non-renewals, as permitted by section 551.074, Texas Government Code; to deliberate matters pertaining to discipline of a student, as permitted by section 551.082, Texas Government Code; for discussion of personally identifiable student information as permitted by section 551.072, Texas Government Code; to consult with attorney, as permitted by section 551.071, Texas Government Code.
